RESIDENTIAL
SETTINGS

At 365 Care Services, we offer a safe and supportive environment in residential settings, where our primary focus is on delivering expert complex care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. We believe that community integration is crucial, and we ensure that every individual in our care receives a personalised care plan. Our goal is to foster independence and maintain the highest standards of care. In our residential settings, we strive to create a structured environment where every person feels valued, encouraged, and supported. We understand the importance of minimising hospital placements, and by providing comprehensive care within these settings, we help individuals lead fulfilling lives within their communities.

COUNCIL
PLACEMENTS

We work closely with local councils to provide comprehensive care solutions for individuals requiring council placements. Our approach integrates our highly trained staff with council resources, allowing us to deliver seamless care that addresses the complex needs of young people and adults. We prioritise keeping individuals within their communities, avoiding out-of-area placements, and ensuring that they receive consistent, compassionate care. Our collaboration with councils is designed to not only meet the immediate care needs but also to support long-term well-being and community stability. By working together, we can create a supportive network that empowers individuals and provides them with the care they need to thrive.

MENTAL
HEALTH UNITS

Our team at 365 Care Services specialises in mental health support, offering expert care in dedicated mental health units, wards or seclusion. We understand the complexities involved in managing mental health conditions, and our staff are trained to provide both immediate and ongoing support to those experiencing mental health crises. We employ a bio-psycho-social model, which allows us to address the multifaceted needs of each person comprehensively. Our aim is to promote recovery and prevent unnecessary hospitalisations by offering personalised, community-focused care. We believe in a holistic approach that not only manages symptoms but also empowers individuals to take control of their mental health journey.

CHILD AND ADOLESCENT MENTAL
HEALTH SERVICES

In Children’s Hospitals and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), we deliver expert care tailored to the unique needs of young people facing mental health challenges. We understand that children and adolescents require a different approach, one that is compassionate, sensitive, and designed to stabilise crises while promoting long-term mental well-being. Our team works closely with healthcare providers to ensure that each child receives comprehensive and holistic care. We aim to provide a supportive environment where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate their mental health journey with confidence. Our commitment is to help them, and their families find the path to a healthier future.

SECURE CHILDREN’S
UNIT (SCU)

In Secure Children’s Units, we provide specialised care and support, ensuring a secure and therapeutic environment for young individuals who may be facing significant challenges. Our staff are highly trained to manage complex behaviours and care needs, promoting a safe and nurturing atmosphere that fosters positive development. We recognise the importance of providing structured support and personalised interventions to guide young people towards a path of stability and independence. By focusing on their strengths and providing a secure setting, we aim to help them build resilience and develop the skills necessary for a successful transition back into their communities.

SUPPORT IN
GENERAL HOSPITALS

We extend our expertise to general hospitals, offering comprehensive support to patients with complex mental health needs. Our team collaborates closely with hospital staff to provide continuous care, ensuring that individuals receive the support they need during their hospital stay. This includes managing mental health crises, providing emotional support, and facilitating a smooth transition back into the community once they are discharged. We are committed to making this process as seamless as possible, recognising that hospital stays can be stressful. Our role is to provide stability, comfort, and expert care during these times, helping patients and their families feel supported every step of the way.

EMERGENCY
SETTINGS

In emergency settings such as A&E, we are ready to provide immediate and specialised support to individuals in crisis. Our highly trained staff are skilled in crisis intervention, ensuring that situations are de-escalated swiftly and that the necessary care is provided promptly. We understand the urgency of these situations and are committed to offering timely and effective support to prevent further escalation. By intervening early, we aim to reduce the need for police custody and ensure that individuals receive the appropriate mental health care they need. Our presence in emergency settings is a testament to our commitment to providing comprehensive, community-focused care when it’s needed most.

IN-CUSTODY
SUPPORT

We offer tailored support in custody settings, including 136 suites, Police stations, Prisons and Young Offender Institutes (YOI), for individuals experiencing mental health crises. Our staff are experienced in managing high-pressure situations, providing compassionate care, and stabilising interventions for those in distress. We work to ensure the individual’s well-being, offering immediate mental health assessments and support to facilitate the best possible outcome for those in crisis. Our goal is to bridge the gap between law enforcement and mental health services, ensuring that individuals receive the care and support they need rather than facing punitive measures. We believe in a compassionate approach that prioritises mental health and aims to help individuals regain stability and safety.

OUR MISSION AND VISION FOR COMPLEX CARE

We are committed to transforming the landscape of complex care in partnership with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families. Our mission is to provide highly personalised and compassionate support that keeps individuals within their communities, empowering them to live fulfilling and dignified lives, no matter their care needs.
We aim to achieve this through the following core principles:
By providing timely, community-based support, we reduce the need for hospital admissions, allowing individuals to remain in familiar, supportive environments where they can focus on recovery and wellbeing.
We offer early interventions and de-escalation techniques to manage crises, reducing the risk of police involvement and ensuring individuals receive care in a safe, compassionate environment.
Our goal is to keep individuals within their own communities, close to family and familiar surroundings. This approach enhances continuity of care and supports better social connections, reducing the need for out-of-area placements.
We are committed to offering care that respects individual autonomy and dignity, promoting less restrictive, person-centred solutions. Our approach reduces reliance on coercive measures, fostering a compassionate, empowering care experience.
